When you register as a user with Worknode, you do so with your e-mail address. After that, Worknode collects information that you enter yourself in the form of social security number, name, address, telephone number, bank details, work and education history and skills.

Worknode processes contact and personal data in order to identify you as a user and customer, to manage and deliver the services that Worknode's platform offers as well as invoicing and payment according to Worknode's general terms and conditions that you have ordered and use, as well as the contact and personal data required to manage invoicing and payment of the services you use. Worknode uses your data to comply with laws and regulations, both tax and other regulations issued by authorities.

To whom Worknode discloses personal data

Partners and subcontractors

Worknode has agreements with all partners and subcontractors within the EU, and EU standard contractual clauses for all outside the EU. The agreements regulate, among other things, what personal data is processed, why a specific processing is done, how the personal data is protected and how the personal data is to be processed. Worknode strives to never share more personal data than necessary with each partner.

Public authorities

Worknode regularly informs the Swedish Tax Agency about income according to Swedish laws and regulations. Upon request, Worknode may be required by law and government decisions to disclose certain personal data to, for example, the Police.

How Worknode protects your personal data

You are in control of your personal data

Your personal data when you are no longer a user

When you as a user close your account, Worknode deletes all personal data where there is no purpose for future processing. Data that is not deleted is data required by the Accounting Act.
