You have been hired through Worknode for an assignment with one of our corporate clients. We are your legal employer and are responsible for everything related to your employment - from contracts and salaries to insurance and work environment.

Before your employment
Create your account
In order for us to manage your salary, send you contracts and give you access to important information, you need to create an account with us. Once you have created your account, you will be able to register your bank account.
Employment contracts
You will receive a digital employment contract from us at start-up. Please read and sign it as soon as possible. Your employment is only valid during the time you actually work as agreed with the client.
During your employment
📃 Collective agreements
All employment at Worknode is covered by our collective agreement with Sveriges Medarbetare. This means that you are covered by, among other things:
Minimum wage according to contract
Insurance (TGL and TFA)
Regulated working time and rest
Entitlement to sick pay and holiday pay
🛡️ Insurance
You are insured during your working hours under the collective agreement. This includes occupational injury insurance (TFA) and occupational group life insurance (TGL). For more information and to file a claim, see our FAQ section below.
🏥 Work environment and safety
We have a clear health and safety policy. You can always report shortcomings in the work environment or make a whistleblowing report via our contact routes further down the page.

Many companies choose to work with Worknode to manage temporary employment in a safe, efficient and professional way. This means that you are employed by Worknode, but perform work for a company that is our client. We take full employer responsibility, which means that we ensure that you receive the right salary, are covered by collective agreements and insurance and have access to support in work environment issues.

You are employed on an intermittent basis, which means that you are only employed on the days you have an agreed shift with the client.

Yes, you will receive an individual employment contract sent digitally via e-signature. The contract is sent when your employer registers you with Worknode.

You will receive your salary after the customer has approved the document and the invoice has been paid. You can always follow the status via your Worknode account. You can also choose to receive your salary by Swish or by salary advance (if available).

You are covered by the collective agreement between Worknode and Sweden's Employees, which entitles you to e.g. sick pay, vacation pay, insurance, etc.

As an employee of Worknode, you are covered by contractual insurance such as health insurance, occupational injury insurance (TFA), occupational group life insurance (TGL) and occupational injury insurance. If you need to report a claim, contact our support or fill in the form on the website.
