Policy on job advertisements
This advertising policy (the "Policy") is part of the Terms of Use and applies between Worknode Freelance AB, reg. no. 559156-1294 ("Worknode"), and you for Assignments registered on the Website. By accepting the Terms of Use and agreeing to comply with them, you are bound to comply with this Policy. Definitions in the Policy have the meaning given in the catalog of definitions available on the Website under the heading "General Terms and Conditions".
1. background
Subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Policy, when logged in to your Member account, you may
advertise the Assignment by registering the Advertisement on the Website and
search for and reply to Advertisements.
2. General information on advertising
By registering an ad, you agree that
an Ad will appear on the Website from registration
Worknode may need to process Advertisements by, for example, making copies, changing formats or recoding material in order to make Advertisements available on the Website
Worknode has no obligation to display Advertisements on the Site.
3. data in advertisements
You are responsible for the content of the Ad and you certify that
the information you provide is correct
you own or have copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights in the images and data you provide and that you do not infringe any third party's copyright in such rights
the information you provide is not contrary to law, regulation, government decision, good practice or has offensive or abusive content
you don't use Ads to participate in or facilitate illegal activities
Ad does not harm Worknode or Member
The advertisement is serious, i.e. it cannot, in Worknode's opinion, be considered to be advertising a Mission that is impossible to carry out, has a price that cannot be considered marketable or other circumstances that make its seriousness questionable
The Member's response to the Advertisement to accept an Assignment is serious in nature, i.e. it cannot, in Worknode's judgment, be considered to contain a response to an Advertisement where the terms for accepting an Assignment cannot be considered to be marketable or if there are other circumstances that call into question its seriousness
Advertisement is not pure marketing, i.e. Advertisement may only contain a description of the Assignment with information necessary to understand the Assignment shall be a response to the Advertisement with the necessary information
you only register one Ad per Mission, if you want to post a new Ad for the same Mission, you must first delete the previous Ad
you do not add additional Assignments to the same Ad if you update or renew the Ad. If you want to add additional Assignments, you should do so by registering a new Ad
information in links or references in Advertisements meets the requirements of this Policy.
4. Worknode's review and right to refuse and remove ad
Worknode reserves the right to refuse to register an Advertisement and to remove a registered Advertisement in particular if
denied Advertisement deviates from the Policy or for Members who have previously violated the Terms of Membership, the other terms and conditions of the Worknode, otherwise violated law or regulation or good practice, or
registered Advertisement; must be removed by order of the authorities; infringes the copyright of a third party; violates any other law or regulation; violates good faith; or otherwise violates this Policy or the other terms of Worknode.
5. Amendments to the policy
Worknode will regularly update the Policy to reflect any changes in how we treat Advertisements. In the event of material changes, Worknode will inform you.
