Fees and charges
No hidden fees
Private individuals
When you as a freelancer invoice through WorkNode, a fee of 3.95% is charged (minimum fee 50:-) That fee is deducted when the invoice is paid by your customer and it is always deducted from the invoiced amount excluding VAT. For this, we handle social security contributions, taxes, insurance and offer you various pension choices. All to make it as easy as possible for you as a freelancer to avoid the administration that comes with starting your own business. WorkNode will also soon offer a number of extra services to users. If you are hired through WorkNode's platform when you apply for a published job, it is the company you work for that pays that fee - which gives you more in your wallet.
Company
For all staff a company hires through WorkNode, either through published assignments or through salary payments, WorkNode charges a fee on the invoice. WorkNode charges a fixed percentage fee on the invoice depending on how much volume the company has previously invoiced for. This can be found in WorkNode's upcoming price list. Regardless of whether the company at a given time hires and pays salaries for one or more people, the fixed percentage fee is added to the invoice. Simple and easy. For this fee, WorkNode takes an employer's responsibility and handles taxes, social security contributions, insurance and gives each person the company hires the opportunity to set aside money for retirement.
